常用的跨境运输条款的撰写

1.装运港与目的港(1)从中国港口装运往XXX。

Despatch/Shipment from Chinese port to X X X.(2)下面的货物按成本加运费的价格用轮船不得迟于 2019 年 7月15从中国通过沙特阿拉伯装运到X X X。

Shipment from China to CFR by steamer in transit Saudi Arabia no later than15th July 2019 of the goods specified below x x x.2.装船要求(1)备妥装运: be ready for shipment。

(2)订好舱位: be ready for shipping space booking(3)在规定的时间内: within the stipulated time。

(4)提前装运:advance shipment。

(5)延迟装运:postpone shipment。

3.装船期(1)提单日期不得迟于2025年8月15 日。
