外贸企业进出口要哪些单证？

1、进口许可证和出口许可证：。

某些国家对特定商品的进口和出口需要许可证。

出口商和进口商需要了解并遵守相关规定。

出口许可证是由国家对外经贸行政管理部门代表国家统一签发的、批准某项商品出口的具有法律效力的证明文件,也是海关查验放行出口货物和银行办理结汇的依据。

根据国家规定,凡是国家宣布实行出口许可证管理的商品,不管任何单位或个人,也不分任何贸易方式（对外加工装配方式,按有关规定办理）,出口前均须申领出口许可证；非外贸经营单位或个人运往国外的货物,不论该商品是否实行出口许可证管理,价值在人民币1000元以上的,一律须申领出口许可证；属于个人随身携带出境或邮寄出境的商品,除符合海关规定自用、合理数量范围外,也都应申领出口许可证。

2、信用证：。

信用证是由进口商的银行开具的,承诺在符合合同条件的情况下支付货款。

这是一种重要的付款保障机制。

以信用证为结算式的,在信用证开出并抵达出口商（信用证受益人）的银行后,银行会做通知,并交信用证连同通知转交出口商。

3、合同：。

如系卖方制作,可称为销售确认书(SALESCONFIRMATION),买方出具则可称为采购确认(PURCHASEDCONFIRMATION)。

除了与国内销售合同相同的要素如买卖双方名址,签订时间、地点、交易货物品名、付款方式、违约责任以外,还可以根据不同产品的特点附加条款。

此外,正式的外贸合同,往往还有更详细的约定,比如信用证条件下的信用证开证要求,对各种不可抗力的规定等细则。

对于容易在装卸和储运过程中发生短缺的散货如矿产、粮农副产品等,合同中往往还会附加溢短装条款,即允许在合同总数量和金额的基础上,有若干幅度的差异,最后按照实际交货量来结算。

比如5%MOREORLESSALLOWED,即允许多交或少交5%。

理论上,合同应该一式两份,双方各执一份经签章的正本为凭,可在外贸实务中不大苛求照搬执行,一般的传真件也就行了,作为备忘录。

更多的还是依靠商业信用,以及预付款、信用证等实质的把控手段。

合同本身反倒显得不重要了。

也正因为如此,一些国家的客户甚至制作固定合同,并留下信用证开出后生效等条款,进一步淡化合同的约束力,到处散发作为询价工具。

碰到这样的合同,不必当真,预留时间,等到信用证收到再有所行动不迟。

4、发票：。

出口发票是一份详细列出了商品名称、数量、价格和总值的文件,用于结算和海关申报。

它通常需要包括出口商和进口商的信息。

发票常见种类：商业发票、海关发票、领事发票（主要用于拉美国家）、形式发票（不具有法律效力）、厂商发票、联合发票（主要用于港澳地区出口）。

商业发票(COMMERCIALLNVOICE)。

商业发票是国际贸易中非常重要的文件,对于海关申报和付款都至关重要。

它有助于确保交易的透明性和合法性,并为进口国的海关提供了必要的信息,以便对货物进行监管和审批。

此外,商业发票也是进口商和出口商之间的合同文件,规定了双方之间的权利和责任。

发票必须注明一个发票号码（自己拟定）,出票时间。

可以按照需要一式几份,由若干正本和副本组成的,应注明ORIGINAL、COPY字样。

发票的末端通常有E.&O.E.字样,意为有错当查,即此份发票如有错漏允许更改。

形式发票(PROFORMAINVOICE)。

形式发票的用处一是类似于单方面合同,作为报价和确定交易的工具。

一些国家的客户喜欢确认形式发票的形式作为合同。

可以根据需要在空白处以REMARK加注的形式增加条款,比如交货期等等,以进一步落实交易。

此外,对于那些需要进口许可或外汇使用额度的交易,客户也需要形式发票来做前期申请。

在采用国际快递寄送货物的时候,也需要附上形式发票,作为快递公司统一报关计用。

5、装箱单：。

装箱单详细列出了每个货物包装箱的内容,包括商品描述、数量和包装方式。

这有助于海关检查和货物跟踪。

6、运输单据：。

这包括提单（海运）、空运单（空运）、货运单（陆运）等。

它们证明货物的所有权和货物的装运和交付。

7、检验证书：。
