跨境电子商务店铺经常会有一些买家进来后对某一款产品感兴趣,他们就会在站内信里留言或者在即时聊天工具中询问具体情况。
如果卖家帮他/她解除了疑问,则买家下单的机会就会增大,卖家可以顺势利导,把与该产品相关联的商品推荐给对方。
1.买家不满意选择的产品,可以推荐关联产品如果买家在询问之后发现其感兴趣的产品有某些地方不如意,此时卖家可以把关联的产品推荐给他,告诉他这些是相关的热销商品,希望他能够喜欢。
